Use of Ionco Products & Services

Welcome to Ionco dear users! I encourage you to read the Ionco Terms and Conditions carefully and thank you for choosing to use the Ionco Products and Services. In order to use your Ionco Products and Services, you must have an active account in accordance with the Ionco Terms and Conditions.

Did you know that? If you wish to use Ionco Products and Services for your Business, you must create an active account with your (username, email address, and password) so that you have access to all Ionco Products and Services.

Creating the Ionco user account

According to the Ionco Terms and Privacy Policy, the creation of the user account is done by providing your valid data, for example:

• enter your details in the boxes on the form creating a user account with your (full name, username, password, e-mail) and your agreement to comply with all Ionco Terms and Conditions,


• after completing the create user account form go to the cursor and click on the create user account button,


• by pressing the create user account button you will receive an instant notification with the message your account has been successfully created,


• access to your user account is done with the username and password on the login page.

Public profile

The public profile represents all your information that has been set to be visible on the web to all online users. In the public profile you have options to edit and delete the user account. A complete public profile increases your chances of being found on the web more easily, making unlimited traffic, promoting a personal Business.

Using the Ionco account

Use of your user account in violation of all Ionco Terms and Conditions, for example: (an anonymous user account, use of an abusive account to which you are not the rightful owner, your refusal to withdraw from signing the agreement) for all Ionco Terms and Conditions , (deletes the user account) and all Ionco Products and Services associated with it.

Deleting the Ionco account

The Ionco site has implemented the option to delete the user account and all Products and Services associated with it. (Deleting an account is an irreversible action that can no longer be recovered). Read more about deleting your account at the Help center.

Data security & confidentiality

The Ionco site protects user data with a valid SSL certificate and encrypts data from web page forms when it is submitted to our database. Ionco has undertaken in accordance with the Ionco Terms and Conditions not to disclose, not to alienate, and not to sell the database in order to acquire monetary benefits.

According to the Ionco Terms and Conditions, we have the right through a legal order, to make available to the Border Police access to our database, to detect and catch the perpetrator(s) who committed the following illegalities, for example: (acts of cyber violence, sensitive data theft, fraud, financial damage). As a result, the person(s) who committed these acts illegally will be held accountable and punished according to the law in force.

With regard to Copyright on the Ionco Site, all pages are protected by Copyright. We will respond promptly to your notices in the event of Copyright infringement. Ionco guarantees

Dear users, according to the Ionco Terms and Privacy Policy, we would like to inform you of the following provisions, for example (Ionco does not want to be held responsible for identity theft, for people who have suffered financial damage, for people who make payment with the Card online) in order to take possession of a Product or Service. Ionco is required by strict regulations and does not want to be involved in lawsuits and such damaging expenses.

The Ionco website provides the Border Police with access to our database, based on a legal order, to identify and arrest the perpetrator (s) who committed acts of cyber violence, identity theft, fraud, financial damage.

The Terms and Conditions of participation in the Ionco Advertising Campaign apply to all types of Advertising Campaigns, for example: CPM (cost per thousand impressions), CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per purchase).

Spam ban

As we all know, spam creates a lot of inconvenience for users, and the time spent deleting them from e-mail on the Internet has become a burden on users. For the better functioning and security of Ionco Products and Services, the following illegalities are prohibited, for example:

• promotion of text content in spam posts,


• promotion of links in spam posts,


• promotion of URLs in spam posts,

As a result, in violation of all Ionco Terms and Privacy Policy, we have the right to remove pornographic content of any kind, deletion of the account, and all Products and Services associated with it.
