Application of the Terms

Participation in the Ionco Advertising Campaign is done by signing your agreement with all Ionco Advertising Terms and Conditions. Advertising Terms and Conditions Ionco applies to all types of Advertising Campaigns, for example CPM (cost per thousand impressions), CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per purchase).

Account activation

If you have an Ionco user account and want to use the Ionco Advertising Service to promote your business, you need to provide us with the following sensitive data, for example:

• have an active user account,


• have a valid username,


• have a valid user password,


• have a valid home address,


• have a valid phone number,


• have a valid email address,


• have a valid domain name,


• accept all Ionco Terms and Conditions.

Breach of Terms

Violation of your refusal to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Ionco Advertising Service on your part may result in the blocking of the Ionco Advertising Campaign activation agreement, you will no longer be able to initiate Advertisements for your business and Very serious abuse can lead to (the deletion of the Ionco user account) and all Products and Services associated with it.

• Your username is incomplete.


• Your company name is incomplete.


• The URL of your site is a registered subdomain.


• Your site URL is incomplete or not a valid registered domain name.


• The text ad is not written in capital letters and is not relevant to your Company's business.


• Your contact address does not exist or is incomplete.


• Violation of all Ionco Advertising Terms and Privacy Policy.

Before deleting the account

Dear users, please inform us before making the decision (to delete your user account) and the Advertising Service associated with your Ionco account, this action (is irreversible), for example:

• you no longer have access to your Ionco user account,


• you no longer have access to your Advertising Service,


• you no longer have access to your already running Ads,


• prevent Ads from running on the date specified in the contract,


• you can no longer recover credit available for the ad(s) running on our Ionco Advertising platform.

Delete user account

Dear users, before making the decision to delete your Ionco user account, please make sure that your Ionco Advertising Campaign ended on the date stated in the contract you signed in accordance with the Ionco Advertising Campaign Terms and Conditions. There are no advance payments or other credits available in your Advertising account for Active Ads already running on our Ionco Advertising Platform.

Refund

For all users with an active Ionco account who abide by all of the Terms and Conditions of participation in the Ionco Advertising Campaign, (your money cannot be refunded) because it violates the Ionco Terms and Conditions, for example:

• does not refund the user account because the owner's account was intentionally deleted by you from the Ionco site,


• does not return the money to the user account because the account owner's account no longer belongs to the account owner,


• does not refund money for the user account that has the Ionco Advertising Campaign activated and is already running on our Ionco Advertising platform because the owner's account was intentionally deleted with the account associated with your Ionco Advertising Campaign,


• does not return the money back to the user account because the data of the right account owner does not match the data in the payment invoices to the Ionco site,


• does not return the money back to the user account because the right owner's account contains false data, anonymous data, incomplete data, intentionally denies the authenticity of the user data with the right owner's account belonging to him,


• does not return the money back to the user account because the owner of the legal account intentionally evades compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of participation in the Ionco Advertising Campaign which is already running on our Advertising platform.

Final decision

The Ionco website can only make a (final decision) when the data in (the owner's account) clearly justifies the authenticity of the data in the (invoices previously paid) for the Ionco Advertising Campaign which are already running on our Advertising platform or have been run until the date provided in the contract concluded between the owner of (the legal account) and the Ionco website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of participation in the Ionco Advertising Campaign.

Ionco changes the Terms

The Terms and Conditions of Ionco Advertising may change when we improve the Services, when we implement the Services, when we discontinue the Services that are no longer relevant to the requirements of Ionco Advertising users. All changes to the Ionco Advertising Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page and you will be notified by email of any changes made to the Ionco Advertising Service. Dear users, we would like to inform you that throughout the changes made to the Ionco Advertising Terms and Conditions, your rights will not be taken without your consent, thank you for your understanding.
